I used to make playlists for friends and post them on a blog, which went through several iterations before finally getting shelved years later. Sometimes, I'd think about starting up again, and at one point I imagined an audio player that would feature playlists from myself and other contributors, foster community and music sharing, and have a rad music visualizer.
